Terms of Service
Version:2026-10-10新亭泪皮肤站 Terms of Service
Publication and Effective Date: As indicated by the version date displayed on this page
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute an agreement between you and 新亭泪服务运营及开发组 ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of 新亭泪皮肤站 (the "Site") and its related services. Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before registering an account or using any feature that requires you to sign in. If you do not agree to any provision, you may discontinue registration or sign out of your account. Accessing publicly available pages does not constitute acceptance of an updated version of these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Site provides account, player profile, and texture management services for the Minecraft community, principally including:
- Registration, sign-in, personal profile, and account security settings;
- Minecraft player name linking and skin and cape uploads and use;
- Public and private textures, the wardrobe, favorites, texture descriptions, and reports;
- Daily check-ins, points, permissions, and site notifications;
- Using your site account to sign in to a user center operated within the same service group.
The Site also provides optional Bedrock Edition account linking. Through Microsoft authorization or a linking code issued upon joining a server, a verified Xbox gaming identity may be associated with a player profile belonging to you on the Site. Java Edition account linking and the corresponding server identity association are not currently available. These features are intended to become available after the required API access has been obtained and testing has been completed. References below to their intended purposes do not indicate that they have been released.
The Site does not currently provide skin trading, account balance top-ups, withdrawals, or cash redemption. If additional categories of service are introduced, we will publish the applicable rules on the relevant pages. Where such changes materially affect these Terms, we will also provide notice in accordance with Section 14.
2. Registration and Account Management
- Users under fourteen years of age may not register independently. Users who are at least fourteen but under eighteen years of age should review these Terms and use the Site under the guidance of a guardian.
- You should register using an email address capable of receiving messages and provide lawful and valid account information. You are not required to use your real name as your nickname. Your nickname should not include information unsuitable for public disclosure, such as a telephone number, residential address, or school.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and signed-in sessions. You must not sell, rent, lend, or otherwise make your account available for use by another person. If you become aware of unauthorized use or unusual account activity, you should promptly change your password and contact us.
- You are responsible, to the extent prescribed by applicable law, for losses resulting from your voluntary disclosure of a password, use of an untrusted device, or failure to address a known risk promptly. We remain responsible, in accordance with applicable law, for losses caused by deficiencies in the Site's security measures.
- Registration, player profile linking, and some features may be subject to limits on numbers, permissions, or eligibility, as shown on the relevant pages at the time.
3. Associated Services and Authorized Sign-In
You may use your Site account to sign in to the Xintinglei User Center. The authorization page identifies the destination service and the information to be disclosed. The Site completes authorization only after you elect to proceed. The User Center may receive your account identifier, nickname, permissions, and player profile information to the extent necessary to provide sign-in and player profile display. It will not receive your Site password.
Associated services may publish separate descriptions and terms governing their features. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable terms. If you identify an unusual authorization, you may sign out of the associated service and contact us for assistance.
Game Account Linking
- Voluntary selection and authorization. You may link only a game account under your lawful control to a player profile belonging to you on the Site. Microsoft account linking redirects you to Microsoft's sign-in page, where you select an account and grant authorization. Bedrock Edition also supports single-use linking codes issued by the server. You must not use another person's account or linking code. Signing in to the Site through Microsoft does not, by itself, establish a link to a Bedrock Edition account or an official Java Edition profile.
- Purpose of linking. Bedrock linking identifies the game account by its Xbox identifier (XUID) and associates it with the selected site player profile. Once Java linking is available, we plan to verify control using the UUID and player name of the Java Edition profile obtained through your authorization. Merely entering a player name or UUID, or obtaining an Xbox identity, does not replace Java profile verification. The Privacy Policy explains the information processed, its purposes, and retention.
- Game eligibility and server authentication. Linking does not grant or transfer a game license, prove a purchase of Bedrock or Java Edition, or change ownership of an official account. You must still have the relevant entitlement to use the game and comply with official rules. Connected servers must authenticate the relevant game identity before using a link to identify the corresponding site player profile. Linking is not used to bypass official authentication, license checks, or safety restrictions.
- Effects on player profiles and data. Linking affects how connected servers identify your player profile. You should verify the selected profile before proceeding. An existing link involving the relevant identity or player profile must be removed before a replacement link is established. Servers differ in their handling of saved game data, items, permissions, and caches. The Site does not guarantee that linking, unlinking, or relinking will automatically migrate or merge historical game data. Linking does not automatically upload Site skins to your official account or guarantee that Site skins will be displayed on every server.
- Unlinking and revoking authorization. You can unlink a Bedrock account on the linking page after verifying your current site password. Revoking Microsoft app authorization and deleting a site link are separate actions; the former does not automatically perform the latter. Unlinking does not delete your official account or game entitlement. Existing game sessions and caches may require reconnection or administrator action. If you cannot unlink or need residual records deleted, contact the email address in these Terms. An unlinking method will be provided when Java linking becomes available.
- Availability and restrictions. You may decline or cancel Microsoft linking and continue using site features that do not depend on it. Server entry requirements are governed by the applicable server rules. Third-party authorization, account status, age or family settings, API access eligibility, and outages may prevent linking. Linking a game account does not itself remove existing site or server restrictions; those restrictions and appeals remain subject to the relevant rules.
4. User Content
"User Content" means skins, capes, texture names, texture descriptions, reports, appeal materials, and other content that you upload, enter, or submit through the Site.
You are responsible for the User Content you submit and must ensure that you hold the relevant rights or have obtained lawful authorization. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, involves fraud or impersonation, discloses private information, is malicious, or materially interferes with normal community use. You must not include advertisements unrelated to texture services or sensitive personal information in such content.
The submission of User Content does not transfer ownership of that content to us. Copyright and other lawful rights in original content remain vested in their respective rights holders.
5. Content License for Service Provision
For the purpose of storing and displaying the content you submit, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, limited to the provision of the services, to:
- Store, back up, and reproduce content;
- Make necessary format adjustments for compatibility with web pages, game clients, and texture interfaces;
- Display and provide content within the visibility settings you choose;
- Preserve necessary evidence for reports, security incidents, and rights disputes.
This license does not authorize the sale of your content or its use for advertising or model training without separate disclosure. Once content is deleted or ceases to be publicly available, we will discontinue further public distribution. This does not constitute a commitment to immediate deletion from routine backup cycles, copies previously obtained by others, or evidence required to be retained by law.
6. Public and Private Content
When you designate a texture as public, other users may view it, add it to their favorites, or download it. Game clients and search services may also obtain the content. Before uploading, you should ensure that it contains no information you do not wish to disclose publicly.
Private textures do not appear in the public texture library. We process private content only as necessary to provide services, maintain security, handle valid complaints, or fulfill legal obligations. Users must not access or distribute others' private content without authorization.
7. Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and reasonable rules on individual feature pages. You must not engage in or assist with:
- Infringing others' intellectual property, reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights;
- Impersonating others, falsifying information, deceiving, or harassing other users;
- Unauthorized access to, testing of, interference with, or damage to site accounts, data, systems, or security measures;
- Automation, abnormal requests, or other improper conduct that disrupts the service or other users;
- Exploiting software errors, security weaknesses, or loopholes for improper gain;
- Uploading malicious, unlawful, or network-security-threatening content;
- Using the site for unlawful activity, account trading, fraudulent guarantees, or other conduct clearly outside its normal service purposes.
These rules are applied according to the purpose, method, and actual effects of conduct. A particular technology or tool not being listed does not permit equivalent prohibited conduct. Normal use of game clients and public site features is unaffected.
8. Reports, Content Moderation, and Appeals
You may report content suspected of being unlawful, infringing, or in breach of these Terms through the Site's reporting function or contact email. Reports should identify the relevant link, explain the grounds for the report, and include necessary supporting materials. Persons submitting reports must ensure that their materials are truthful and must not misuse the reporting process to harass others.
We will assess the nature of the content, the extent of its impact, the available evidence, and relevant historical records when determining appropriate action. Measures may include restricting visibility, removing content, limiting particular features, temporarily suspending an account, or terminating an account. In the event of an urgent security risk, manifestly unlawful content, or a risk of continuing harm, we may take necessary measures before completing verification.
Unless doing so would prejudice an investigation or applicable law requires otherwise, we will endeavor to explain the grounds for our decision and the available means of appeal. Affected users may request a review by email and provide evidence of authorization, original work, or other relevant matters. Actions taken by the Site do not substitute for determinations by competent administrative authorities or courts concerning complex disputes over rights.
9. Points and Site Benefits
Points are benefits recorded within the Site in accordance with the rules governing daily check-ins, uploads, or activities. They do not constitute currency or property redeemable for cash, do not accrue interest, and may not be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for cash. The accrual, use, and adjustment of points are subject to the rules displayed on the relevant feature pages.
We may correct abnormal points resulting from system errors, violations, or exploitation after verification. You may request review if you believe a record is incorrect.
10. Intellectual Property and Independent Status
Software, pages, text, and graphics provided by us or other rights holders are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Open-source software is used under its licenses. Do not misuse our name, impersonate our official website, or remove legally required notices without permission.
This site is an independently operated Minecraft community service, not an official Minecraft product. It is not officially operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Any specific permission to use sign-in or an API is limited to its approved purpose and does not make this site an official product or partner. Minecraft and related rights belong to their respective owners. Use of Minecraft and official accounts is also subject to the Minecraft EULA, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, and applicable Microsoft service rules.
11. Service Maintenance and Changes
We will undertake reasonable maintenance of the services but cannot guarantee that networks, servers, storage, email services, or third-party interfaces will operate without interruption. Maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, force majeure, or legal requirements may render certain features temporarily unavailable. You should retain local copies of your original textures and should not rely on the Site as your sole backup location.
We may adjust or discontinue features based on operational needs. Changes affecting users' principal interests will be announced in advance through site notices or other prominent means. If an urgent security event or legal requirement prevents advance notice, we will provide an explanation when circumstances allow.
12. Account Deletion and Termination of Services
You may delete your account after completing identity verification on the profile page or submit a deletion request to the contact email. Once deletion has been completed, your account, player profile links, points, and wardrobe will generally be irrecoverable. You should download any textures you wish to retain before deleting your account.
Public content, moderation records, backups, and information that must be retained by law may not be deleted at the same time as the main account record. The Privacy Policy explains how they are handled.
Please unlink game accounts before deleting your Site account. If your account has already been deleted or you are unable to unlink a game account, you may contact us to verify your request and remove residual links. Deleting your Site account does not delete your Microsoft or Xbox account or official Java Edition profile, and does not revoke Microsoft application authorization on your behalf.
We may terminate the relevant services where an account seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, or where continued service would create risks to security, compliance with law, or the rights of others. Termination does not affect liabilities incurred before termination or provisions that are required by law to remain effective.
13. Allocation of Responsibility
Users are responsible for content they upload. We do not guarantee its ownership, accuracy, or compatibility with all game versions and servers in advance, but will handle valid reports in accordance with law.
We will endeavor to mitigate the effects of service interruptions caused by force majeure, failures of basic communications infrastructure, interruptions to third-party services, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We remain liable in accordance with applicable law for harm caused by our failure to perform statutory obligations, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Amendments to These Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to features, operational requirements, or applicable law. Editorial corrections and clarifications that do not affect rights or obligations will be published on this page. We will provide prominent notice before any material amendment concerning the scope of services, content licensing, account administration, user rights, or dispute resolution takes effect.
When we change this page, signed-in users will need to confirm it again. If you disagree with the new version, you may sign out and stop using features that require sign-in. Browsing public pages alone does not constitute acceptance of the update.
15. Governing Law and Contact Information
The formation, performance, and interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek to resolve any dispute through amicable consultation. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with law.
